YOUNG DANCEMAKERS COMPANY
presents
CITY TEENS DANCING AROUND TOWN
Young Dancemakers Company, a unique summer ensemble of 18 city high school teens creating and performing their own work, presents its 13th summer season of free city-wide concerts July 21 to August 3 at various sites city-wide.
In addition to original student choreography, the company will perform an excerpt from Merce Cunningham’s “Field Dances” staged by Mary Lisa Burns of the Merce Cunningham Dance Company.

The company work has been termed “a jewel” by Jennifer Dunning and hailed in the New York Times, Dancer Magazine, and the Village Voice. For more information, visit the company website: www.ecfs.org/ydc.asp
